KTP will determine what services are needed prior to scheduling.
Standard Service Calls
- Lv.1 Service Call - $250: Includes 1 technician for up to 2 hours of travel and 1 hour onsite. Additional travel or labor is billed at $80/hour per technician.
- Lv.2 Service Call -$450: Includes 2 technicians for up to 2 hours of travel and 1 hour onsite. Additional travel or labor is billed at $160/hour ($80/hour per technician)
* A flat fee of $225 applies if a lift is dispatched, as determined during scheduling. KTP will notify you in advance if a lift may be required
An emergency/Weekend service call applies when there is a time sensitive issue and we need to make significant changes to our schedule to accommodate. this also applies to anything outside of normal working hours. Generally, anything that needs to be addressed within 48 hours of the request will fall into this category. emergency/weekend service is not guaranteed.
Emergency/Weekend Service Call
- Lv.1 Emergency Service Call - $300: Includes 1 technician for up to 2 hours of travel and 1 hour onsite. Additional travel or labor is billed at $85/hour per technician.
- Lv.2 Emergency Service Call - $500: Includes 2 Technicians and 1 hour on-site. Each additional hour $170/hour
* A flat fee of $225 applies if a lift is dispatched, as determined during scheduling. KTP will notify you in advance if a lift may be required
